At Acrylight Creations, each product is made to order and personalized just for you. As a result, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Custom Product Policy
Because our lamps are fully customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and offer a replacement or full refund if eligible.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, production begins and we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

Refunds (if approved)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Incorrect Address or Customer Error
We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address details or mistakes made by the customer during customization. Please double-check all information before submitting your order.
